INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
If you're shopping with us from outside of Australia, please contact us to obtain our returns address. At this stage, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Kindly visit your local postal service to send the item(s) back to the return address provided by our Customer Service team. Be sure to keep your return tracking information so you can monitor the delivery status.
RETURNS POLICY
Portia does not offer refunds for returned items, including returns due to change of mind or incorrect sizing. Instead, eligible returns will be issued as a store credit for the full value of the returned item(s).
Please note:

Returns must be sent back within 30 days of your order being delivered.

All store credits are processed in AUD (Australian Dollars).

Items marked as FINAL SALE are not eligible for return unless deemed faulty.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on accessories, lingerie, or swimwear.

If you receive a faulty item or believe your order is defective, please reach out to our support team immediately.

Portia The Label is not liable for return shipping costs.

Orders paid with Afterpay or PayPal fall under the same return policy. You are still required to continue your scheduled repayments through these services.
RETURN CONDITIONS
To ensure your return is accepted, please make sure:

All garments are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

Original tags are still attached.

Items are returned in their original packaging.

There are no traces of perfume, deodorant, or detergent on the item.

Footwear must be returned in the original shoebox and must only be tried on indoors on clean, soft surfaces to avoid scuffing.
